A new suite of lending and wealth-management platforms are launched for credit unions and their members.

Core providers Monett, Mo.-based Jack Henry & Associates ProfitStars’ division announced the launch of Commercial Lending Center Suite; and Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv unveiled enhancements to its Unified Wealth Platform.

ProfitStars new comprehensive collection of lending services and solutions combines several existing solutions with newly developed resources in a range of delivery methods to help lenders identify the most appropriate products.

ProfitStars’ Commercial Lending Center Suite includes the Commercial Lending BusinessCenter, a secure portal where borrowers can share financial information directly from their accounting system. The lender receives a business health report with trends and ratio analysis, and other strategic resources.

The Suite also includes Commercial Lending FinancialCenter, an online portal – complete with application, financial package assembly, workflow, and pipeline management – that allows businesses to apply via any Web-enabled device; LendingNetwork, an online marketplace with non-traditional loan options that matches borrowers with appropriate alternatives; Commercial Lending Management System for managing commercial loan relationships; FactorSoft, for the monitoring and management of purchased accounts receivables; and BusinessManager, for offering initial and ongoing cash to creditworthy businesses.

“Commercial Lending Center Suite gives financial institutions the flexibility to customize lending processes to meet the needs of a wider variety of commercial borrowers and compete like never before. The centralization of these resources also expands our organization’s use of a ‘suite’ delivery model, an ongoing initiative to help clients derive optimal value from our software and services.” Russ Bernthal, president of ProfitStars, said.

Fiserv’s Unified Wealth Platform allows financial advisors and operations professionals access to tools needed to support and manage multiple managed account programs. According to Fiserv, the platform’s new user experience transforms the support of rep-managed and separately managed accounts, and mutual fund advisory programs, by delivering simplified access and dashboard-driven workflow.

The Mutual Fund Advisory offering coupled with a highly scaled, rule-based rebalancing algorithm, offers an efficient and cost effective environment for supporting low-balanced accounts. Advanced monitoring and reporting capabilities can facilitate compliance. In addition, the capabilities for SMA offer a more efficient workflow for money managers across equity and fixed-income asset classes.

Unified Wealth Platform from Fiserv includes financial planning, retirement-income analysis, portfolio management, trading, accounting, portfolio performance, and reporting. The new user enhancements follow enhanced advisor and investor reporting capabilities introduced after completing integration with Invest Edge in October 2015, and new rep-as-portfolio manager tools announced in March 2016.

“Fiserv is focused on delivering innovative and transformational solutions that help our clients grow their business and meet the needs of their investors,” Cheryl Nash, president, Investment Services, Fiserv said. “Our enhanced Unified Wealth Platform gives the stability, security, and scale we have always offered, but now with a more advanced digital experience and greater integration of capabilities on our single platform.”
